Shipping
We offer free shipping via recognized and reputable carriers such UPS and FedEx. 24/7 Golf reserves the right to select and/or change the carrier at any time, unless the customer has specifically requested and paid for a particular service. All orders require a signature on delivery. No Authority to Leave will be granted. Buyers are responsible for ensuring someone is in attendance at the delivery address on the date of delivery. Re-delivery fees may apply.

Items are shipped for either our Ohio or Texas warehouses. Orders shipped internationally (ie. from the US into Canada or other countries) may be subject to customs, brokerage, international fees and/or taxes which may be due prior to, on, or after delivery and are the sole responsibility of the client. Shipments may be opened, inspected and/or delayed by customs authorities due to heightened border security. The product’s lead time is the period of time between the date of payment (or layout approval for custom orders) to the date of shipping. Some products are available for rush shipping, but may be subject to additional fees such as expedited courier service costs.

Returns & Cancellation

All orders placed are final. Cancellations are subject to a 25% administrative & re-stocking fee pending items have not already been dispatched. Alternatively, buyers may select a store credit to the full value of their purchased (less shipping & merchant fees where applicable), which must be used within 90 days of cancellation. In the event a cancellation request has been received after an order has already shipped, buyers are responsible for all shipping and recovery costs.

Items that are faulty are eligible for return, and are handled on a case by case basis. Returns are not eligible for change of mind.
